If players want to join the Resistance and eventually find, meet, and interact with Rey while on Batuu, they will need to gain some reputation with the organization. The DLC introduces three familiar faces as NPCs: for the Smugglers, Hondo Ohnaka for the Resistance, Rey and Vi Moradi, and for the First Order, Kylo Ren. From here, players will be able to interact with the leaders of each faction and, if they prove themselves, begin going on missions and allying themselves with each cause. When a Sim enters Batuu in The Sims 4 Star Wars: Journey to Batuu, they will begin talking to some of the citizens around Black Spire Outpost about the three main factions in the area.
