Windows 10 touchpad settings missing

Then click the “Mouse and touchpad” category at the left side of the screen.

Then click the “Devices” button in the middle of the screen to display device settings for your computer. To manage the mouse and touchpad settings in Windows 10, open the “Settings” window.
